Hi all,
I just found this site. I'm interested in any thoughts/reviews of the US Wings Indy jackets. I like the look of their cowhide jacket. I've been looking to get an Indy jacket for years but have never pulled the trigger. I've known about the Wested jackets, but I haven't heard much about the US Wings jackets. Another thing I'm concerned about is sizing. My weight fluctuates and I don't know whether I need a large or XL or even and XXL. I have jackets in all of those sizes. Thanks for any help.

Thanks for the link. The jacket looks good. Is it black? What did you mean by non-clearance?

indylounge.proboards105.com/index.cgi?board=jacket&action=display&thread=1176175808Per the link above,I had a clearance jacket made in China that I purchased last April. I bought two, one for my wife and one for me both in Goat. The three things that made me give mine away was: 1. The lining in the sleeves extended out past the leather cuff and it was annoying to keep pushing it back up 2. I did not like the feel of the jacket with the lining in it. 3. The sleeves were 3 piece. I am waiting to see the new Indy coat that Wings will be selling soon. I *might* (to coin harry) take a stab at one if it is more SA. Welcome by the way

Or is this something new just because of the movie?

The jacket is a wery dark brown.
"Non-clearance" means that it is one of their american made jackets - in opposite to their cheaper imported jackets. I have not seen a clearance jacket myself, but I have been told that here is a signifficant diffrence in quality.
