I agree with G-Mann... very sorry to hear about your wife, and I hope she gets well soon Peter.

Cowboy, if you send it back remember to use the returns policy on Westeds site. You have to mark clearly that it is originally a UK item being returned for repair otherwise customs will charge duty and the parcel will be refused. UK Customs are getting greedy, I've been hit by this before.

Cowboy, I am not automated, with my wife in hospital and a business to run I am not hovering over the computer to reply to your ramblings. The fact is that I do not MAKE the lining I cut and install it so if the lining has a problem it is really the problem of my supplier. That said bearing in mind that you have had the jacket for over a year if you send it back to me at your expense I will repair it at no cost and return it at my expense. Is that fair? As for G&B they sell so few that complaints are rarely heard of. That siad it appears they are apparantly abusing my Intelectual property rights in making pirate copies of my design a matter that is being looked into by Lucas films and myself. Peter. First and foremost my best wishes to you and your wife. All of this other crap aside, it is people that matter most-----more than silly jackets and other material things. I whole heartedly wish you nothing but blessings and good health for you and your family. When all is well on your home front, I will engage you whole heartedly once again and do note your offer as posted above. I will look forward to it, you can bet on it Until then, take care and God Bless you and your wife. COWBOY
